Downtown Champaign has four visitor lots for quick and easy in-and-out parking.  They are located close to shopping and dining and offer a variety of payment options.

Parking Meters and Lots are enforced Monday through Friday 8AM-9PM.

Neil and Washington Visitor Lot

Location: Corner of Neil and Washington Street (In front of the Orpheum Theater)

Size: 144 Spaces

Payment Method: Coin and Cashkey

Type of Parking: Meters

Duration: 30 minute, 2, hour, 4 hour, and 10 hour

Free Parking on Saturday and Sunday

Hill Street Parking Deck

Parking in the Hill Street Parking Deck and never worry about tickets again!

Location: Hill and Randolph Street (Just North of the Art Theater)

Size: 600 Spaces

Payment Method: Cash, Coin, Credit/Debit Card

Type of Parking: Pay by Space

Duration: Up to 15 hours

Free Parking on Saturday and Sunday. Hookups for hybrid vehicles available.

Illinois Terminal Visitor Lot

Location: University Avenue and Market Street (In front of Illinois Terminal)

Payment Method: Cash, Coin, Credit/Debit Card

Type of Parking: Pay by Space

Duration: Up to 10 Hours

Free Parking on Saturday and Sunday

First Street Visitor Lot

Location: First Street, North of University Avenue (North of Champaign Police Department)

Size: 160 Spaces

Payment Method: Coin, Cashkey
