In 2007 the City of Champaign and Champaign Downtown Association entered into a partnership to allow for the employment of an Executive Director to lead the organization as they worked to achieve Illinois Main Street status.  This agreement provided $35,000 per year over a three year period to the organization and helped set the course for tremendous growth.  The CDA thanks the City for continued support of the Champaign Downtown Association and their efforts.

One Main Development has been a leader in Downtown Development since the opening of the landmark One Main Street project in June 2004.  Today the company employs over 20 employees and continues to push the envelope to expose downtown’s potential.  The firm is committed to supporting the Champaign Downtown Association financially as it continues to grow and thrive.
