Wednesday, July 1, the Art Theater will be debuting the new Johnny Depp movie Public Enemies. However, this movie going experience will be unlike the multiplex as Church Street and the Art Theater will be transformed back to 1934. Vintage cars will be lining the street from 4PM – 7:30 PM on opening night and the CU Swing Society will be performing the auditorium before the show. The Art’s Marquee will look the part to along with period pieces in the lobby.
You won’t want to miss the true movie going experience! Come on out dressed in your best (fedora’s encouraged!) and support Champaign-Urbana’s only independent movie house.
Dates and Movies Times
June 30 – 11:59 PM (Special Midnight Showing)
July 1 – 1PM, 4PM, 7PM, 10PM
Through July 4th weekend four shows daily!
Parking is conveniently located right behind the Art in the Hill Street Parking Lot. Remember the FIRST HOUR IS FREE in the deck and enforcement ends at 9PM.
